Katie Parker (Ph.D. December 2011) Accepts Tenure Track Position at University of Wisconsin, La Crosse

After six interviews at MLA and two on-campus visits, Kate Parker has accepted a tenure track position at the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. Parker is a student of Wolfram Schmidgen's and defended her dissertation, 'Relational Selves in Eighteenth-Century Literature', last fall. 'Relational Selves' argues for the significance of collective desire in the literary production of modern selfhood.
